Founder
Adrian Pang
With two decades at the forefront of ad tech innovation, Adrian Pang has led product, engineering, and data teams across some of the industry's most influential companies—including Microsoft, PubMatic, Mediaocean, CafeMedia, and AffinityX. From building global campaign platforms to launching first-of-their-kind monetization and identity solutions, he has helped shape how modern advertising works. At Sparkbird, Adrian brings a builder’s mindset and a founder’s urgency—focused on creating a platform that puts powerful, scalable advertising in the hands of every business.

Chief Business Officer
Greg Messinger
Greg Messinger is Chief Business Officer at Sparkbird, where he directs revenue strategy, partnerships and go-to-market execution to make AI-native advertising effortless and profitable for small and mid-sized businesses. Before Sparkbird he served as Vice President of Revenue at BiggerPockets and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Macarta, an Amazon-as-a-Service agency. Earlier he founded a global MarTech consultancy supporting clients such as TorStar, News Corp Australia and The Walt Disney Company. He previously held senior roles at Media News Group, pioneering insourcing models for national news companies. Greg serves on the board of Empyreal Enterprises and lives in Denver with his family.

Patrick Knight
Patrick has served as a Senior Advisor to Sparkbird since its inception, bringing a global perspective and a deep well of industry expertise to the business.
With over 25 years of senior finance leadership, Patrick blends sharp commercial acumen with strategic clarity to drive business growth and maximize stakeholder value.

He began his career with News Group Newspapers in London and since then, he’s held high-impact Finance and Operations roles across the US, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

Patrick’s expertise lies in scaling B2B technology and services businesses. He’s worked extensively with tech and tech-enabled companies across telecom, advertising, and healthcare, partnering with founders and investors from early-stage ventures through to successful exits.
Robert Ray
Bob Ray is a seasoned leader in the marketing and professional services sectors with nearly 30 years of experience across agency operations, technology companies, and global teams.
He most recently served as CEO of Merkle B2B, part of the dentsu network, and previously held senior roles at DWA, gyro, Enterasys Networks, and Nortel Networks. Over his career he has partnered with major global brands including AWS, Oracle, Cisco, JP Morgan, and GE. In March 2025 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Marketbridge, where he contributed strategic guidance around growth and the integration of consulting, marketing execution, data, and technology.
Ray is known for bridging strategy and execution, helping organizations compete more effectively in an increasingly data-driven marketing landscape.
Jolene Sherman
A proven growth leader in media and digital advertising, Jolene Sherman has spent nearly 20 years building high-performing sales teams, launching new revenue models, and guiding organizations through industry transformation. From leading digital sales and agency strategy at Lee Enterprises to driving market expansion as Managing Director of Amplified Digital Agency, she has consistently delivered results in competitive markets.
